I'm am so tired - my day started at 9am with breakfast, then the cinema at 10am, music theatre at 1:30pm and babysitting from 5:30-9:30... I wish there hadn't been so much between the cinema and now, and my response was a little more articulate.
- It was surreal seeing a film I have waited for - it was almost like it didn't really happed, that it's just another fanfic or something.
- Groves. lol. Murtogg and Mullroy, ditto.
- Beckett = love. Tea drinking, fan waving, I-don't-care-that-my-ship-is-being-blown-apart, he sees the Pirates as noble enemies, he had a great death scene. Pimp cane was funny... and Jack pretending to be portrait!Beckett was so hilariously spot-on. That whole Beckett/Jack interchange was fantastic.
- Norrington. I cried. A lot. I liked how at the beginning, he had a disdainful respect of Beckett.
- Elizabeth totally didn't deserve to be made "Pirate King"
- Jack still likes Lizzie, even for her evil muderess ways etc etc, I'm sure
- Will, for being such an important pivotal character, didn't have much to say. ROFL at the tea-drinking-pansy-being.
- Loved the soundtrack
I need to see this again to come out with anything more comprehensible. Or spelled correctly. Or whatever.
